Recent updates have slowed the app down
I’ve been using this app for years now. Recent updates have made this app slow and sometimes hangs for no reason. Trying to upload photos from the iPad photo library causes the app to hang and not respond. Frustrating!
Slow uploads
This app is very slow in terms of uploads, therefore you can’t even enjoy all the great features because you barely have any content uploaded in order to fully use the features.
Love Box,but the app is unusable
Love the website, but the app is unfortunately unusable. I can see the first page in a document, but then in the second page, it cuts to a dark grey, and I can only see words that aren't written in black. Thought I'd review and bring this bug to your attention. Thank you for an excellent website, and looking forward to the app changes. 😊
Love it but somethings wrong
Crashes, freezes EVERY TIME I use it on the iphone. Been like this for more than a monyh now. Very frustrating.
Box review - can’t sign in
Good day. I’ve been using Box for years. I’ve updated 27 Jan 2021, and after the updat I had issues with Box. After signing in on my iPhone, i kick me out after opening a pic. I signed out, and then in, same thing happened. Today I signed into Box on my laptop. It doesn’t sign it, it just say “signing in...”! So clearly there is a problem. Can you please regtify the problem. Thank you. Julian Olckers

It works perfectly.
Awesome app
I've been using Box for several years now. I like the way it makes access to my documents on multiple platforms easy. I no longer suffer loss of documents as they are secure on Box cloud.
Suggestion
Lovely app guys. I love that you offer a lot of space compared to others. One suggestion l have is please add a scanning feature for creation on pdf docs. I think this will be a good selling feature and will come in handy for people like me who want to scan and store a lot of pdf docs.
