Don’t bother. I refused to upgrade as my account was full. They deleted all my files. Nasty company.

Photos are not saving in correct chronological order

Seems to be fine overall, only issue I'm noticing that has returned is when you save photos onto device it doesn't save in chronological order again.

Search functionality.

There should be a search bar when moving assets to better be able to move files without needing to go back and manually find folders

It’s not what it used to be….

Once upon a time I loved storing my folders/files in Box and having the ability to view them offline. Now I find I get more errors and issues than ever. Not what it once was.

Free 50 GB still being used

This is still a great place for me to store some of my audio files and e-books. They make for easy access whenever I change devices. Plus, I can listen to some of my audio files here. Plus, sharing certain documents is a breeze. Very happy with the product so far.

Deleting files itself

This cloud is deleting files itself. If I could I would give 0 stars. Not reliable don’t download.

Dark Mode & Recycle Bin

Please add dark mode to notes/documents and allow us to access the recycle bin from the app. Makes no sense that we have to log onto the web version for these features.

It’s really worth it using Box cloud

I like the box cloud service and it’s very easy to use and it integrates into PC or IOS with app

Cant download my own pictures anymore

I uploaded few pics from my iphone and trying to download them back and there no option to download from the app. I remember I was able to do in the past. Now, I am stuck I can’t download my own pics. The share button is grayed out that shows up at bottom left corner after I open the pic

2FA does not work on iPad

I have 2FA set up and can log in on the web fine. When I try to log in with the iPad app, I can’t use my 2FA app codes as it wants to text me instead. Fine. I get the code and enter it, then it tells me the code has expired. How long do these codes last, 5 seconds? It’s literally been years that I can’t use the iPad app. I thought I’d give it another try today but still can’t get in. Disappointing.
