Disappointing Cloud Plans. Too pricey. Uses iPhone space!
Clunky and VERY SLOW interface. Too slow to navigate my 500 MP3’s. Why is it that your plans are £59.99 per year for 100Gb, yet PCloud is £10 cheaper and they give me a whopping 500Gb ??. What would anyone choose in a cost of living crisis?. You need to lower your plans. Then I look at Google Drive who offer 200Gb (twice the size of yours) for £24.99 a year (more than half your price). You really need to lower your pricing. Plus, when I look in my iPhone storage it shows that BOX app is using 699Mb of space - HOW ??. I thought BOX storage was meant to be held in the cloud, not on my iPhone. The whole idea of this app is to save on storage, not use my storage !!!!
This must be a joke
Their websites indicates £11 per month for 100gb for individual plan. How did they justify this comparing it to their competitors is beyond me 😂

So much better than owt else
For years I used Dropbox and had Box tucked away, unsung. And then I needed a bit of personal cloud that worked on multiple phones and tablets and made folder download and syncing easy. Well Box is it; and it is easy to grow at a good price if you need sommat for work or business.
What happened?
I don't know if it was due to a recent update, but now the document scrolling isn't working anymore: when I'm scrolling down an opened document it closes it automatically instead. That makes the document viewing unusable thus a very bad user experience.
Ok storage platform
The real let down for me is the lack of a direct link (I.e. non html short link) to the online file. This makes it impossible to utilise the file from several other platforms. Onedrive as an example provides the direct link as default.
Brilliant App
Brilliant, I’ve got all my chorus music & recordings in one place, so easy for rehearsing 😊
Not good
Installed it on two iMacs and two iPhones. Process went well and uploaded files without problem. All went well until the iMacs were rebooted and Box didn’t launch. Logged in and all was ok until the next time I booted an iMac and Box hadn’t started again. Other little issues caused me to have concerns. I need something reliable and Box isn’t it!
