Funded by the National Science Foundation (USA)
Brain.fm affects your brain differently than any other music! Our patented tech works via brainwave entrainment, and has been tested extensively with funding from the US government.
BRAIN.FM FEATURES
• Personalized music for your brain type.
• Tons of genres from LoFi beats to Classical. We even have Nature soundscapes!
• Stimulation level is adjustable, with a boost option for ADHD brains.

ADHD MODE FOR ADHD BRAINS
Some brains need extra stimulation to focus best. That’s why people with ADHD fidget when they’re trying to pay attention. Brain.fm provides this kind of stimulation through music. There’s even a boost option specifically for ADHD. Think of brain.fm as a fidget spinner for your brain!
BETTER THAN BINAURAL BEATS
Binaural beats and isochronic tones also use brainwave entrainment, but brain.fm does it better. We use patented A.I. on top of human-composed music to help you find your flow faster than binaural beats or other brainwave entrainment audio.

Brain.fm Reviews

Effective but needs MacOS app like Endel

choosedoornumber2 on

Australia

The music catalog and algorithm on brain.fm is varied enough and effective. It however lacks a MacOS app like Endel which is super convenient for people who work on computers all day. Please consider releasing an app like Endel that enables a native MacOS app with a menu bar.

Helps me work rest and play

This is one of my core essential apps that I use multiple times throughout a week. I use it when I need to focus on complex tasks. I use it when I need to simply complete mundane task. I use it when I want to get into a creative flow. I use it to relax and unwind.

The app seems good but I would only pay once and definitely not a monthly subscription!!!

Expensive but worth it

Yep, the subscription is not cheap. But I use this every time I need to do deep thinking work and it gives me such a boost in concentration and productivity.

Please make an Apple Watch app!!!!

This app is great but it would be even better if it was available on Apple Watch too! Particularly in situations where you’re commuting to and from work or school and you’re feeling stressed and need to decompress. It would be much easier to access and therefore reducing friction of making a conscious decision to relax (doing the meditative ones etc) which helps build a habit and improve mental health over the long term. Please consider it!

Grateful for brain.fm is an understatement

This app is as impressive as the brain.fm website. Smooth, elegant, beautiful, functional. Their music and the patterns it contain within really do help your brain feel more cooperative, if you’re having, or used to having one that does not cooperate often. For example with: sleep, focus, meditation I really need help with these. Brain.fm is my sidekick for all three. My fiancé (who is a scientist himself) was sceptical of it all, I directed him to the white paper and he was very impressed. The music itself is also quite easy on the ear and easy to get into. So yeah, 5/5 would recommend.

Amazingly good

What else do I say?

My favorite app of all time

adroes on

Australia

I’ve using this app for years now. Every morning for meditation and in the afternoon for writing. The focus/creativity drone tracks are sublime. All you need is headphones and you can slip into your own dimension. Using the meditation tracks with a basic foot massager and you can really float away. Great UI, regular updates, no glitches. Thankyou for this awesome service 😊

Best app to help with focus

CBakerman on

Working from home can be tricky, and thanks to this app I can go inwards and not be affected by the sounds around me. It helps to get me in a state of flow and do what I need to do in a relaxed state. Amazing☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

I want to go deeper

Dodgyputt on

Australia

It could be nice to have a menu that shows all available music, sometimes it seems a bit hard to get variety even with various genres. Personally I would like far more of what’s in the sleep beatless style to be in relax or meditation setting as even rain or other filters are too much and atmospheric isn’t really that relaxing but that doesn’t seem to be there that I can find.
