Depression
I must say, this is my go to when I feel hopeless, despondent and depressed. Although I take antidepressants, they just keep me hanging there and sometimes all I want is just go under the covers and sleep in. After a 29- minute session, I feel like I can conquer the world. I thank Brainwawaves for allowing the world access to this miracle audios at such an affordable price. You are a life saver!!

Not user friendly
It is not very user friendly even though you pay for it. Took forever to figure out how to build a playlist and they don’t even work. You may have 6-7 things on the playlist and it just keeps playing the same thing over and over again. So you can’t actually build an evening routine to use because you have to keep manually changing the songs. Decent enough to start off sleep as long as you don’t want to change it. Personally, I’m looking for another app to use.
Horrible. I paid 5.99 thinking it was a one time payment.
Every beat requires a subscription. Fraud.

Seriously the best purchase I’ve ever made
First of all let’s acknowledge now and going back at least five years, most apps have been trash. Any kind of mental health/personal dev apps have been even worse. But this one is amazing. No glitches. No extraneous screens or buttons. And the content, incredible! You can search by frequency which is HUGE. I am recovering from the three worst years of my life back to back, and this app makes a noticeably significant difference. If you are struggling w anything in life and feel like you can’t figure it out, try this. Make sure you use headphones for the binaural beats for the full benefit.
