Certainly raised my interest in this topic, learning about things that I hadn’t really had any previous knowledge of. So the trial period is now over & I have more questions than answers, but there is definitely something in it. So I recommend giving it a go. Try the trial period & do so with a open mind. Can get a lot of the content, similar quality, for less or even free elsewhere. That it sets a bedtime (10pm) while asking absolutely nothing about lifestyle is a good example of overbearing, narrow minded dev. Try something else instead. Be happy, calm and well.
