As an example, the human ear can't directly perceive the .5 - 2 Hz Delta-wave frequencies associated with deep sleep because it is well below the human hearing range, but if you wear headphones or earbuds with one side playing a 135 Hz tone and the other playing a 136 Hz tone your brain will perceive the 1 Hz difference between those frequencies as a periodic beat, in this case matching a low delta wave frequency associated with sleep. As you listen, your own brainwaves will begin to match that frequency.

I love this app!!! Sometimes I just can’t fall asleep. My head is spinning and my eyes won’t close but whenever I put on one of the pieces on my phone and my head stop spinning and I slept like a child right to the morning!!!

Det er da teæls man henter app’en i den tro der er bare en to sessioner tilgængelige meeen.. og lægge omtrent tusind eller over en tohundred seddel for henholdsvis års og tredive dages abonnementer eller enkelt sessioner som starter ved kr16 og det er for bare éen session.! Tænker det er da mulig enten finde hjernebølge lyde enten over streaming tjenesterne eller som apps som har disse sessioner enten som prepaid app eller gratis uden in app tilbud der flå håret af en skaldet ved andre udviklereres dør
