Unless you intend to pay, don't bother even downloading
One of the worst apps I've encountered in regard to how much they promote (spam actually) their subscription plans. Popups everywhere as if I am watching a pirate movie. Virtually nothing free, just prompted to start 7 day free trial. Ugly app as well.

Beware!
Don't be fooled by the pictures of libraries full of brainwaves/songs. You have to pay for ALL OF THEM, each one has its own price. The app comes with like only ONE brainwave installed inside on relaxation and nothing more. You must pay to use. Essentially it is not a free App.
Not user friendly
It is not very user friendly even though you pay for it. Took forever to figure out how to build a playlist and they don’t even work. You may have 6-7 things on the playlist and it just keeps playing the same thing over and over again. So you can’t actually build an evening routine to use because you have to keep manually changing the songs. Decent enough to start off sleep as long as you don’t want to change it. Personally, I’m looking for another app to use.
Horrible. I paid 5.99 thinking it was a one time payment.

Seriously the best purchase I’ve ever made
First of all let’s acknowledge now and going back at least five years, most apps have been trash. Any kind of mental health/personal dev apps have been even worse. But this one is amazing. No glitches. No extraneous screens or buttons. And the content, incredible! You can search by frequency which is HUGE. I am recovering from the three worst years of my life back to back, and this app makes a noticeably significant difference. If you are struggling w anything in life and feel like you can’t figure it out, try this. Make sure you use headphones for the binaural beats for the full benefit.
