- Patrones Personalizados: crea ilimitados patrones de respiración con ajuste de segundos.

I was looking for an app like this. It’s very good, I love it has different exercises to do. Highly recommended:) I’d loveeee if in future updates we could have a widget, like a button to go directly to the exercise. It would be amazing for anxiety relief!

Focus on your breathing!
The best app for breathing exercises, right there with the best meditation and breathings apps around here! Completely free, fast and light, intuitive can’t-go-wrong design. I use it every day and it works wonders on my anxiety. I share it with all of my friends and even my therapist was interested in it. I do have two suggestions: 1) Color the graphs according to the different breathing exercise you’ve done. Right now every exercise is shown with the same color and there’s no way to tell which kind of breathing I did

Tolle App mit Mehrwert
Die App ist sehr sauber und clean aufgebaut. Die Bedienung und Funktionen geben keine Rätsel auf und super ist auch, dass man die Übungen selbst editieren kann! Ich habe für die tolle App eine freiwillige Spende geleistet.
