Andas har 3 förinställda andningsövningar och låter dig skapa dina egna anpassade andningsmönster:
- Lika-andning: hjälper dig att slappna av, fokusera och vara närvarande.
- Fyrkantsandning: även känt som fyrkantig andning, är en enkel och mycket effektiv teknik för stressavlastning.
- 4-7-8-andning: även kallad ""avslappningsandning"" främjar bättre sömn. Övningen upplevs vara naturligt lugnande för nervsystemet och lugnar kroppen till ett vilsamt tillstånd.
Funktioner:
- Hålla-andan-test för att mäta och följa din andningskapacitet
- Ställ in påminnelser för att få notiser om andningen
- Guidad andning från manliga/kvinnliga röster eller klocksignal
- Naturljud i bakgrunden för en lugnande upplevelse

Tolle App mit Mehrwert
Die App ist sehr sauber und clean aufgebaut. Die Bedienung und Funktionen geben keine Rätsel auf und super ist auch, dass man die Übungen selbst editieren kann! Ich habe für die tolle App eine freiwillige Spende geleistet.

One of the most useful apps in my phone
It’s my first comment for an app ever and this app is deserved to have a nice review. Super flexible app because you can set up the sets and time of breathing with tips when you have to breath in/out. Another huge advantage is that there are no ads. I think it’s very important for such type of apps because the ads would destroy the vibe of this app. ~~~~~~~ What I would personally like to have: -having an option to read any interesting topics about breathing techniques in the app -having more background sounds besides the ones that are already available (for example the winter sound)
