I have anxiety and I stress a lot. This app always helps me focus on my breathing therefor slowing my system down making me feel better. I do recommend this app for those who have anxiety

This app is amazing for my anxiety and for reassurance it is amazing for every situation and does the trick each time by calming me down in every situation, i would really recommend.
Superbly implemented app
Breathwork is proven to help with stress. This app is a very well designed tool to support this practice. Especially good is the ability to have custom breathing exercises. In my case my resonant breathing pattern is 5.5-5.5; not all breathing apps, including Apple's own, support this degree of customisation. Thanks!

I love the feature of allowing for amendments of intervals, timing etc. Thanks to it I effectively can create very customised versions. Fun and adventure!
It works
Takes some practice but really works - I can only do square breathing in 2 second sections or it brings on my vertigo but it has really helped my stress and anxiety

Good pre set timers but has the ability to create your own for longer breath hold training. Simple and relaxing to use
