- 4-7-8 Breathing: also called “The Relaxing Breath” promotes better sleep. The exercise is described as a natural tranquilizer for the nervous system that eases the body into a state of calmness.
- Custom Pattern: create unlimited breathing patterns and fine-tune the inhale, exhale, and hold time by 0.1 second

Dla mnie osobiście, oprogramowanie to wydaje się być świetnym rozwiązaniem na zajrzenie w głąb swojej duszy. Jak dotąd próbowałem tylko oddychania równomiernego ale wierzę, że inne też są bardzo dobre. Aplikację tę polecił mi Łukasz Wrzalik z podcastu „Gorzkie Wrzale”. Pozdrawiam, Łukasz! Pozdrawiam też wszystkich developerów i życzę wspaniałego życia!
Wspaniała w swej prostocie
Świetna sprawa w czasach dzisiejszych aplikacji wypchanych płatną zawartością, abonamentami itp. Przejrzysta i w zupełni wystarczająca a w razie potrzeby można sememu ją rozbudować dodając własne cykle. Serdecznie polecam i jestem miłe zaskoczony ze tego typu w pełni darmowa aplikacja ma prawo bytu na tym świecie 🙇♂️
