Great App
Nice interface, easy configuration, historic overview....I tested a few similar apps....this one is the best !
Zeer goede app
Zeer efficiënt en makkelijk in gebruik!
Eenvoudig maar handig
Voor wie wil bewust adem halen en stilstaan bij de snelheid ervan. Je kunt de lengte van in- en uitademen zelf kiezen + of er pauzes moeten zijn. Daarnaast kies je of je geluid erbij wilt (handig om gewoon met de ogen dicht te focussen op ademhaling via het geluid) en hoelang de sessie moet duren. Meer heb je niet nodig!
