Je l'utilisais depuis des années ... Quel dommage, elle ne sera plus conseillée puisque impossible de programmer un cycle de respiration plus long que 5 secondes... C'est donc devenu inutile pour de la cohérence cardiaque : je vais devoir trouver autre chose à conseiller et à utiliser !

The paid version is perfect. It has all the features I can think of: cheerful audio (unlike some other apps like Calm, where the sound is stressful), playing in the background, vibration-only mode, dark mode, pauses or no pauses between breaths. On the other hand, the free version is horrible. The ads are absolutely unbearable. They make super stressful noise right before you're about to breathe to calm down! Also, no background mode. Overall it's made to force you to buy the paid version. If you're not going to pay, get the Calm app, if we just compare the free version, theirs is better. Still giving this 5 stars as the paid version is the perfect app for me. I guess there's nothing free in this world.
