If dark mode is enabled, sound switcher does not appear correctly. Otherwise great design.

I love the choices of sounds and colors. The choices of how long are extremely helpful. I can decide what I need. My doctor recommended deep breathing for 5 to 10 minutes in length before each meal. I’m finding myself more relaxed when I eat.

This app has been a lifesaver for helping me keep track of when I need to do my deep diaphragmatic breathing and it helps to maintain the quality of the breaths. Dealing with chronic pain is just a little bit easier with this app.
