A superb app for meditation and helps to control your breathe patterns. It’s has a haptic feature which allows you to meditate with closed eyes. Music is also soothing to ears. A perfect mediation app.

Great app. Very simple, robust, pleasing and effective. It wasn’t a difficult decision to upgrade to premium. Will give 5 stars when Apple Watch version is made available. The native breath app on WatchOS is too basic and not very effective.
Immediately uninstalled it. It is free, so did not have much expectation
Helps you to concentrate better and calm down. The Taptic functionality gives a good feedback to help you synchronise your breath. It would be good if a tone-down Taptic functionality was included for exhale cycle also. Currently it works for inhale cycle only.

It liberates you from keeping count so that focusing on breath becomes easier.
Frankly I had this app long time on my phone, but started to use it recently, beautiful and simple interface. - both vibrate and music notifications - customisable breath in , hold and breath out timings - customisable duration Amazing app, neatly does what it’s for!!
