It’s a really cool app! free enough, it has 9 free exercices that are well chosen even if it could have more in my opinion. My problem is why can’t we change our pfp when we already put it? And it should allow us on how to put it in the frame cause the app does it automatically and reverse it and all.
I really love this app and its content, I’m a paid subscriber, but there are so much bugs. Some exercices just wont load, or the animation stops mid exercice or the app just freezes. Quite annoying for an app that helps you relax !
ça fait plus d’un mois que j’utilise cette appli et je suis plus que satisfaite je suis très anxieuse et les exercices m’aident beaucoup à me calmer ou à m’endormir, il y a pleins de différentes options ( pour s’endormir, pour les crises d’angoisses même pour les maux de têtes !! ) merci beaucoup d’avoir créé cette application <3
Cette app est devrait être déclarée d’intérêt publique tellement elle peut vous aider. J’ai programmé un rappel toutes les heures pour penser à respirer consciemment plusieurs fois dans la journée. Mon énergie s’en trouve décuplée. Mon moral est meilleur qu’auparavant et je m’endors plus vite d’un sommeil plus lourd.

Le concept est sympa, mais il faut améliorer les exercices parce que j’ai fait une crise d’asthme très rapidement (surtout pendant l’exercice sur les poumons)
