Seeing some of the other reviews from over a year ago Experiencing the same issues and still hasn’t been fixed. When you press on view my membership plan amongst other options you are taken to another page where there is no back button and you must close the app down to get out of it and when you open the app back up there is no stored login info so you must log in with details every time. 

I’ve never written a review for an app before but felt feedback was essential

Transferred from medicash to this tin-pot outfit, the app is appalling, glitchy unfinished and almost unusable. I can’t believe this is allowed on apple’s store, seriously rubbish.

The irony of a health app causing so much frustration! I have spent over 30 minutes trying to submit a claim, only for the app to repeatedly crash and throw me back to the log in page. Additionally, the navigation is cumbersome inefficient. I have decided to forgo my claim and absorb the cost myself rather than engage with this app for any longer.

Feel completely conned by them. Agreed to the free trial and then couldn’t easily unsubscribe and got charged for a month when I’ve clearly never used it and wasn’t interested. It is pretty useless as an app anyway, see all other reviews. Complained and got some unhelpful reply refusing to refund me, am really angry. I will be calling my bank. AVOID!!!
