Was nice while it lasted

Used Bria for the last 10 years on a one time pay. Did pay extra for the G.729 codec. Can no longer migrate my version, and no way in h-ll I’m paying a subscription for a SIP client. Back to Zoiper Pro I guess

Lag time is brutal some times

There are times it is 10-15 seconds when I say something to when other party heard it and vice versa

Not global anymore ?

I have extensions in South America. And the app is not available anymore on the App Store of some countries. I.E. Argentina.

Worst App Ever

This app never works. The line doesn’t ring when you make calls, the calls drop, and it always freezes. I tried everything possible to get it to work. It’s been 2 months since it continuously stopped working. It only works a fraction of the time. It’s a huge waste of money and it causes more harm than good.

Subscription is a complete non starter

Looking for a SIP soft phone, but I refuse to support parasitic, rent-seeking subscriptions. Uninstalled

Flimsy app

Video is intermittent with Freebpx 16 server, sometimes it will go on on one side or another and most of the time it fails. Calls sometimes don’t go through, caller hears buzzes and receiver gets a pop up about missed call right away. For these money app should be more reliable!

Horrible App

This app drops calls, doesn’t use voicemail properly, etc. worst app for a business

Acceptable

The app does what it needs to…for the most part. I get work calls on my cell, and the connection is passable. There are times that I notice not all calls are forwarded and sometimes a call gets stuck in my cell endlessly ringing. You can also only try and transfer once on Bria or the call drops, so make sure the person you’re trying to reach is actually there! Other than that it’d a fairly simple straightforward app that does what it’s meant to!

Poor quality and drop calls

We have our service with Call centric and what I’ve noticed with the Bria app is that calls will drop and sometimes when connected the phone quality is very poor

Doesn’t consistently work

The phone won’t ring when I get a call, half the text messages I send/people send me never arrive (the settings are correct according to tech support). They keep blaming my phone’s connection or the voip provider, but I have zero issues with my phone (and didn’t have issues with another more expensive soft phone app I tried in the past) and the voip provider keeps saying everything on their end is correct. Tech support will respond at different intervals - a day, a week, and although they’re nice, they don’t ever have a solution. I plan to move to a different app. I will say that it does work for making a phone call (if you have good reception or wifi) but what’s the point if you can’t receive calls or send/receive messages consistently, and you’re constantly communicating/spending so much time with tech support?
