Update: I contact apple and i got refund. I try the apps once download and subscribe for a 7days free trial, the word they provide mostly I already know, so I lost interested and immediately unsubscribe on apple system and delete apps ( from subscribe to unsubscribe in just 30mins only) , but the £29 already being charged and apple staff said I did a actual subscribe.
