Je n’ai pas aimé, ils ont retiré le montant au complet et non pas mois, comment je faire pour avoir un remboursement il n’a même pas un lien pour contacter l’application

You download for free, answer to questions, to survey and then a paywall, you pay or you quit.. Why not tell us earlier? And i bet that you will use my answers?

Dès que j’ai vu l’app je me suis dit que se serait parfait pour ma mère qui essaye d’apprendre l’anglais. Malheureusement on ne peut même pas y accéder sans devoir payer. Franchement je trouve juste sa dommage pour vous et votre clientèle car vous perdez tellement de gens qui voudraient installer votre appli , mais qui n’en n’ont pas les moyens. Je dis sa comme ça, mais peut-être que si il n’avait pas à payer pour sa la moyenne de vos avis ne se situerait pas autour de 1.5 sur 5 . Essayer de changer un peu car votre business sur cette app n’ira certainement pas à la hausse…. 🥱
