Very hard to navigate round and to get things working properly
Tidy little app
Does exactly what it says on the box. No bugs so far and I’ve been using it about a week.

It takes a bit of planning but I have now got my devices installed with remotes that control up to 4 different items.

App does not allow pasting of wifi passwords
Can’t copy and paste wifi password (which is long and complex) during the set up process. If you switch away from the app it immediately resets the fields. Terrible lack of testing and app design.
Terrible
The app is the worst user experience I’ve had in years. The device is also basic rubbish. If you want to waste hours setting up each button press on every remote, and have to repeat it each time the device fails then go with this. I wish I’d put the money toward a harmony remote. Oh and their user support, just don’t bother. In follow up. None of the devices appear to be supported, eg several LG TVs, LG Blu-ray player, dyson fan, daikon air conditioner, various smart lights, Samsung TVs and Blu-ray, none works without manually entering every individual remote command. Connectivity with Alexa seems never to work, changing tv channels doesn’t work, doesn’t recognise devices or channel names, basically it’s far less steps to just use the manufacturer remote. Customer service is rather obviously lacking English language skills. So yeh, these things are garbage.
