Terrible connection

Worse app ever

plug switches - 1/3 of the 10 units broke down within 15 months

unreliable hardware

Works seamlessly with my Google Home mini.

Easy to set up. I am able to control lights, air con, TV, Fan. Basically any smart home devices and devices which uses IR remote.

CSA

Devices are reliable, easy to install and configure to the home WiFi network. It is responsive to power On and Off the appliances with internet connection anywhere. Cost effective in setting up home automation for amateurs and enthusiasts.

Been using this app for about 3yrs and it's simple and good.

RM4 Pro and Motion Detector and NFC TAG

The RM4 pro is amazing works well for both IR & RF. Motion detector is not NFC triggered and not visible on Google Home works well but problem is when someone is present in area but not moving, shows as nobody. NFC tag is great to trigger scenes.

Not the best for smart home

Ihc was much easier . Can’t get this app to work with Alexa . Disappointed I cannot use the RM4 since of this issue . Sub modes like temp and humidity doesn’t work with Alexa or google .. hope they will fix it soon .. so far appliance have to be operated only from this app which is a down grade form ihc

Need more visibility when out of home

I think this app need to have a status showing “on” or “off” or even simple green and red light when we active something out of home. For example. I’m outside now and it’s raining. I use this app to control my ziptrak down. I can be paranoid and worry whether did the ziptrak successfully roll down? What if wifi down I can’t control? At least red light shows that I can’t. Hope to heard from you, with this improvement.
