Rubbish company unable to put broadband in my property without digging up lawn & patio & yet they are still trying to charge me £15.00 cancellation charge excluding vat total of £18.00 that was after charging me £130.00 as BT stated I didn’t keep my appointment & they were unable to access the property (which I was there) & the engineer advised job was too much work & disruption so so glad I didn’t have the Broadband connection as I believe I have had a lucky escape- off shore agents are totally clueless.

I have been waiting for my business broadband to install it for over 2 month . They have provided me with land line number which I have shared it with my customers and business page , but it’s not valid at all , I have been losing customers every day because of BT . They have been calling me from BT and promising me that they get me an update but nobody do. It’s my worst experience ever .

Calling just to have an engineer visit. Rudeness placed on hold for over 45 minutes several times. Will not be renewing contract nothing but problems with call handlers from
India who have no interest whatsoever about the customer.
Perhaps a manager should call into bt and speak to a handler to see exactly what I mean. Frustrating and total waste of time.
Took a day off of work unpaid for the engineer today who failed to show after being promised a call out from 8-1pm.
Never get anywhere with complaints they are also not interested.

They fail to have engineers turn up at the premises. It’s been 7 months and no one has come. On top of that they have started charging me £76 a month!
And no one can help.

I have had two wasted half days 1pm to 6pm this week the first the guy turned up did a lot of shouting and swearing did not have the correct materials to do the job and left first wasted afternoon
Then re booked for a Friday afternoon and this time did not turn up at all 2nd wasted afternoon of work
Complete farse
BT say there would be a 130 charge if they had a wasted journey and no one was home when the engineer called can I now claim two wasted afternoons from BT 260.00

Over charged me for 2 months and every time i tried to resolve it they said they had and it does it again.
Taking £90 in total out of my bank is unacceptable.
Cant even log on
l downloaded the app and it worked okay for a couple of weeks.
Now, when l log on it asks me to create an 8 digit security number, and then a new password.
After l've done that it says "sorry, something's gone wrong, please try again later"
l've tried numerous times and always get the same message. l've contacted support but had no response.
