Updates gone wrong!!!

I already have an account but after the updates the apps keep prompting me to reregister. No access to login via email at all.

easy to book

having unlock issues when go back to car. luckily live chat service staff is able to solve the problem.

Post service is bad!!

I have made reservation for weekend coming up. Then I have received a forwarded email that the car is having issue, so I try to reach live agent or email and nobody revert me! Poor service ever

Worst Car Rental Service Ever

DON’T USE SOCAR RENTAL. WORST CAR RENTAL COMPANY EVER. This is the worst car service I have ever used. My first booking with them and such a poor experience. I was travelling from SG to Cameron. I reached pickup location with my family and the car I booked had flat tyre and customer service team asked me to cancel and take refund rather than finding an alternative. I insisted them to find an alternative and then they gave me a car in different location and asked to take grab rather than giving drop service, the location of the car was wrong and I had to change two grabs to reach the location and started my journey 1hour late. They told me that they will give 1hour grace. When I returned 1hour late they just mentioned that grace was already added and they charged me for 1hour delay, without showing any proof. Pathetic service App is even worse, car does not open with internet, so be mindful where you are taking it, but I recommend not to take it not worth it. If you do not have bank account in Malaysia they will just refund fuel amount to app wallet as they do not have banks listed for other country like Singapore.

Reimbursement of fuel

For foreigner it’s difficult to claim the reimbursement as you need a local bank account. You can’t use anyone else’s bank account as the name must match. Otherwise you have to store the reimbursement in their “wallet” which may not use in your present lifetime

stop logging me out

keeps logging me out for no reason, be it when i go from singapore to malaysia or just in malaysia bloody annoying
