INever encountered the most useless customer service in an apps before by far this is the worst.. I called 5 time with the first 3 attempts the worker respon “HELLO AT WORK.. “ then hang up.. then the other two just simply hang up.. Endup wasted my money for 1 hour booking.. Time : 1007 Hrs Date : 9/5/24
Come on, just with some logic and sense. Provide a summary of date and time before payment instead of number of hours. At least customers can make sure they book the correct date and time. Is not that hard if SOCAR can do it. We have to toggle back to get check the date and timing book. Also provide some flexibility for customer to cancel 3-4 hours before usage. This will allow strong competition with SOCAR and you will gain more customers switching to your service.
When we arrive only we realized the tire was burst and need one hrs to fix it. I’m curious how come they never check their car probably before renting out. It was a raining day and we’re rushing. Couldn’t change to the other car the only thing they said was sorry sorry only.
The perfect app for renting a car
Have tried the app many times. Is very convenient and easy to book a car. The instructions to unlock/ lock the car using phone is very simple and straight forward. The car that I get usually is in a good condition. However 4/5 starts is because not nationwide. As GoCar is only available at few places. Hopefully in the future will have more GoCar station.
I have used this app twice and during my car rental, I need to refresh the app many many times in order to continue use. Very inconvenient 🤦🏻♂️
why singapore number can't sign up
Wanted to try out GoCar, but unfortunately i wasn’t able to receive verification code when registering my account as I’m using SG number. As a software engineer, what I would suggest is have email verification as an alternative or just basically fix the verification system. 1 star for this. Hopefully this is resolved in the future. (Also having drop off to KLIA would be nice.)
GoCar is good but the app is terrible, especially during payment. Needs improvement.
