I’m an experienced dancer and I do bridges every day, it’s my job, I was going through the exercises I wanted to add and I saw ‘Sitting To Bridge’ and I tapped on it, that is not how you do a bridge and that can cause serious shoulder damage if you don’t do a bridge correctly, otherwise keep the great work up The correct way to do a bride, lay down flat feet shoulder width apart bend your legs up, your arms straight up above you, bend your arms like your legs your palms should be by your ears then you can push off your legs and arms and then your in a bridge. What a warm up! First day I did the warm up I was sore the next day that was just a warm up I probably wouldn’t be able to walk if I did the exercise. This app is great thank you!
