整體很棒，但部分商品下單很慢
部分商品下單很慢可以理解…但還是希望Mercari沒寫特別要問的可以直接下單 看著自己下單的東西先被別人買走真的很難受......
集中包裝太慢了！集中到哪去了！
沒效率變好慢⋯但是費用一樣比別間代購貴，貴就應該要拿出對等的服務吧！
使用反應非常慢常有bug錯誤
手機上使用非常慢，軟體響應速度異常的慢，經常有bug，整個手機上體驗非常差，整個程式寫的非常爛。
千萬不要使用
很多賣家會玩文字遊戲，假裝給你看很多商品，實際上只給你其中一件小垃圾，而buyee 完全放任這種行為，他也不會賠償，只是關頭信回應你們。
App很慢
App速度真的很慢 慢到爆
檢品服務根本沒用 給他們當小費而已
貨不對板死不在檢品範圍內，角色都不一樣了還可以說成他們都不具有專業知識，我都把所有證據都一一拿出給他們看了，一樣只會說不知道，爛得要死完全沒有給顧客應有的權益，一萬直接被他們糟蹋
難用
網頁版很難用很卡，但其他社群根本沒辦法用app登入，又沒有辦法註冊buyee自己的會員，註冊發的信永遠收不到，信箱每個角落都找過了。

個人用過各式各樣代購 比** 樂*等等等 終於在這邊找到歸宿（？ 這裡的客服💁比哪裡的都好（比**的也不錯啦） 態度好到不行之外 也會盡量想方法幫忙解決問題 提供的國際運送方式也是最多的 覺得是最替客人著想的店家 大大推

下單完20鐘就發現賣方商品是假貨，在已知被賣家詐騙對方販售假貨的狀態下卻只能看著訂單完成➡️賣家出貨➡️假貨入庫，然後自認倒楣付錢，期間客服也只會說無法幫上忙以後確認無誤再下標的罐頭回覆，連聯繫賣家等後續處理都沒辦法，第一次也是最後一次使用，真的怕到了當繳學費
