Customer support is horrible. They’re passing around the your case like a hot potato. No single point of contact thats why you’re running around in circles with no solution. It took me more that 10 days with support and it didn’t even solve my issue.

I tried to log in with apple and nothing happens so I ended up doing it in browser, the app was completely useless

They offer a coupon in which will be voided even if the order was canceled mistakenly by their own system. You won't be able to use the coupon they'll give you because they'll cancel your order no matter what to invalidate it---in other words, their coupons are bait!

I’m trying to use my online credit card from PayMaya but it keeps rejecting its details 😑

明明東西很小卻用很大的基材包裝 抬高運費 聯絡客服壓縮包裝卻要叫我加錢升級方案 就是想要省運費要求壓縮空間 反而叫我加錢升級方案 這不是本末倒置嗎？

部分商品下單很慢可以理解…但還是希望Mercari沒寫特別要問的可以直接下單 看著自己下單的東西先被別人買走真的很難受......
