1. The app is so buggy 2. You buy something, then have to pay triple the original price for delivery or your item gets thrown 3. App wouldn’t allow me to login to my Apple ID so I lost all my purchase data

so mad tbh

every time i try opening the app it just says “403 forbidden” i don’t know why. i’m not using a vpn and i’ve tried EVERYTHING to get it to work but it just won’t

Use neokyo instead

Buyee shipping is so expensive !! £30 just for one small skirt, use neokyo, it’s a website and the shopping is wayy less expensive only £17 !! Not to mention buyee adds on so much tax but neokyo only adds on 40p more tax, buyee is very buggy aswell. USE NEOKYO !!

Not as it once was

Recently, the thumbnails don’t load, not even after refreshing the page, logging out and even reinstalling the app, I’ve given you another star for recently adding the gift function on items, ideal for us in the uk so we don’t pay duty on an item because I decided to buy something overseas.

Bad

Doesn’t log on with Apple ID, and most Images on yahoo Auctions Buyee site do not Load.

Got 403 but no help from customer service. Not using vpn so blame their trash server

Expensive postage prices

Was good until they recently changed postage prices, now they 3x more than before! They have lost a lot of business from me because of this. Ok for small bits and bobs.

Bug??

Everytime i try to log in or make an account it tells me an error occurred

Ridiculous price

Straight to the points: •Charge you for every little thing •Take ages (half of the sellers don’t send item) •Customer service is rubbish, unhelpful responses. (For example they would send me auto generated emails in response to questions which did not correlate.) •Cannot contact seller. •Shipping price is RIDICULOUS (I knew it would be expensive but I wanted to ship four very light items to the UK and it has ended up costing £60+) •Stressful/time-consuming DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
