Worst customer service and app

I had worst experience with this app and service. Booked one car and got different one. They take advance and don’t cancel from their side. They take the advantage to get canceled from customer.

If you value your time, don’t ever use Cabbazar.

Cab driver mutually agreed for a specific time and never shows up which disrupted all my schedule for that day. Worst support from customer service. It is simple they don’t trust drivers or customers and take their cut upfront and never care about issues faced by customers.

Can CHor bazar

It's a chor company, they don't care if the customer is getting the service they paud for or not. They take the booking & advance amt and sell it to other tour operators. Now it's between the customer and the tour operator to do the needful. My booking was sold to a an agent who was running a fraud. When I reported to Cabbazar they asked me to wait for another taxi which will arrive after few hours than the actual booking. Also, they won't refund your advance in any circumstances even if they cannot provide a cab. Beware!!!

Crashes every time when trying to book !!

Hopeless app crashes instead of being able to do the one thing it was meant for - booking a cab. Should be pulled from the App Store
