Worst cab service
I have booked for airport at bangalore and last minute they did not come and told me it will be delayed by 1 hr. Such a pathetic service
No international support
Tried booking via app but could only use local phone number. Should have a text option, also cannot book a larger cab over the phone line which is a silly restriction.
Useless app.

Terrible app, worse customer service
Deleted or lost a reservation for an early morning airport drop, never notified and left me stranded. With the last app update locked me out of the app, keep claiming sms sent for password reset but no and received for hours. Called customer service and was told support would take up to 2 days! Can't have worse experience!

Efficient, economical, easy
App and cab service are reliable and easy to use. I particularly like Meru cabs app for the advance booking option. The interface is better than Uber's.
