Not a working app

Tried multiple times to purchase esim but their app is not working. Always failing payments. When raised customer ticket, their first line support just tell payment failed, obviously i know payment failed thats why raising a ticket. Then they say give documents and try again etc but nothing works, they dont even know how to fix their own application. Very bad customer experience overall. Not recommended.

Poor Customer Service

While the rates and the platform is great. The customer service isn’t, especially if you face a technical problem. I have spent the last two weeks trying to move my number and it keeps giving me and error saying I am underaged. Back and forth with the customer service chat and they tell u the same thing over and over again. That it will be solved and someone will contact you. That soon it will be resolved. That they have escalated the matter but in-fact there is no resolution. When you ask for a complain number they ask u to drop an email. Until now, but after this experience I will probably move back to Du.

Disappointing Customer Experience and Limited Functionality

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by this application. When my data was depleted and I attempted to boost it, the application failed to open, leaving me unable to renew my plan. Instead of being able to conveniently call or send an SMS to renew, I was forced to seek out a Wi-Fi connection just to access the necessary features. Additionally, the pricing of the plans is exorbitant when compared to competitors like Etisalat and Du, making it difficult to justify the expense. While the ability to customize your plan was initially appealing, it no longer seems like a worthwhile feature given the overall poor user experience and high cost. Overall, I cannot recommend this service as it does not deliver on its promises and fails to provide adequate support to its customers.

Easy esim usage

I’ll only comment that’s it’s great of Virgin to give us the ability to quickly and easily reinstall out esims. This makes life so much easier when switching phones. Kudos. Neither du or etisalat bothered implementing this feature so well done Virgin.

Payment bug

The app currently has a bug when you go to top up you wallet. If you use apple pay, no matter how much money you want to put on the account when you click apple pay it always shows 20aed and the payment fails. Needs to be fixed

After multiple complains sim was fixed. But still a lot of questions to customer support through app. Conversation is not uploading properly and customer service replies appear on notification panel only, but not in the app

I regret to say that my experience with this app has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The app is plagued with persistent bugs and glitches, making it nearly unusable. I have made multiple attempts to seek assistance by creating support tickets, only to be met with constant app force quits or complete silence from the support team. When I did finally receive a response, it was an automated bot message after a whole day of waiting. To exacerbate matters, the app failed to allow me to pause my plan, a feature I desperately needed and was actively trying to access. Consequently, I am now locked into a yearly subscription, an unfortunate situation I was attempting to rectify by reaching out to support. If it were possible, I would give this app a negative rating. The overall experience has been nothing short of terrible, and I strongly advise against using this app.

I have a SIM card product and I got an alert that my data was running low and that I could get a data booster but every time I log into the app the only options I have is to to either buy a new product or home internet. Even if I click the link that was sent to me it does the same thing. I have removed the app and re downloaded it again and I’m still getting the exact same thing. I just want to login why is it trying to make me do all this extra stuff I’m not trying to do? Also when you search virgin mobile on a laptop there is no regular just login option? What is up with that
