The best part is there lessons guide , instead of throwing all the details at once , a weekly lesson are provided which will sync with your progress

Best Fitness app ever

This is THE best fitness app I have ever used. It offers everything including the video for workout, common mistakes, what to look out for. I can’t recommend this enough. Also, this app is absolutely free, even for their coaching plans they don’t annoy you with too many ads or calls. This is THE app for fitness

A good app for beginners but needs some improvements

I like that the app shows exercises with the muscles they target, a video of the exercise and some tips as well. When I started doing the exercises, the tips really helped to get correct form. For issues, 1. I need 4 to 5 clicks to get to my everyday exercise routine. I wish it could be easily accessible with a click. The UI is a bit difficult to navigate. 2. I also include yoga and cycling/ other outdoor activities as a part of my workouts. There is no way to track them. 3. I wish there could be a summary of workouts by exercise reps/ muscles targeted and by week/ month. Also a way to export it in excel/csv format.
