Neat and sleek
Amazing email client that ticks all the right boxes!
Loads forever
When there is a notification, it takes a while for it to open and load which ideally should not be the case. If the app was not closed then it’s on the last opened mail for a few second and then the new mail opened via notification shows itself. Uninstalling the app as I now realize this is why I deleted the app the first time I tried this.
Can't justify it anymore. Overpriced.
There is a plethora of ways for users to send and receive encrypted/private messages, and I cannot see how email is truly a viable, everyday option anymore. Specially at this price point, when all users need is minimal information.
Constant issues
Constant issues with emails not sending (showing in sent box, and in iCloud mail inbox), but never sending. Worked for the first email, and it refused to send again. Native iCloud app works, so no issues with iCloud email server. Sent emails also show up in iCloud.com and iPhone mail app when sent with canary, but recipients never get them.
Desperate for money
The recent continuous bleating of the app for users to pay money as the only way to turn off Canary spam that inflicts all emails is a pathetic ploy.
This App Needs Some Work
I’ve just downloaded Canary Mail, and even though it looks like a really nice app, I honestly feel that there’s something missing. I feel that the emails are too much on top of each other, there definitely needs more spacing between the emails. Before I subscribe to the Pro version, I need to see this change.
Use with Gmail doesn’t support drafts

Best email app I have ever downloaded
This is by far the best email app I have used, very intuitive, straightforward and uncluttered.
Badge counts always wrong
This is an app with lots of useful features. However the badge counts are always wrong and it drives me nuts to the point that I switched back to the free but accurate Mymail app
