Exceptional Performance and Cutting-Edge AI Features
I must admit, I was initially skeptical about Canary Mail Pro. However, after using it extensively, I am thoroughly impressed and completely satisfied with its performance and AI features.
The speed and reliability of the service are top-notch, ensuring that my emails are sent and received promptly without any hiccups. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making it a breeze to navigate through my inbox and manage my emails.
What sets Canary Mail Pro apart, though, are its AI features. The smart filters and suggestions save me a significant amount of time sorting through my emails and deciding what to do with them. The AI also learns from my behavior, becoming more accurate and helpful the more I use it.
Their customer service is responsive, helpful, and genuinely interested in improving the user experience.
In conclusion, Canary Mail Pro has exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a robust and intelligent email client that I would highly recommend to anyone in need of an efficient and effective email management solution.
Five stars!

Not actually HIPAA compliant
They clearly advertise that they’re HIPAA compliant for all. But that’s actually 100% false. They you wonder what else is not true? Email involves a lot of trust and it’s really hard to trust Canary with your data.
Love this app
I have been using spark emails app for over 6 years and love it. As most of us, i am always looking for the next best email app and came across Canary.
I have used if for a week and LOVE it. All works as intended except for the badge email count (yes notifications are no and so are badges) If they could add the share email function with people in your team like Spark has, I would move over to Canary completely. Currently i am using both apps.
One thing that has me worried that today i received a survey from canary asking if i were sad if i suddenly couldn‘t use Canary anymore. This makes me believe that they are having financial issues and might be going out of business? I hope I am wrong.
Constant Gmail disconnects
I bought the paid version of this app a few months ago. After a few days, I noticed emails weren’t coming through. Some digging on Reddit showed a lot of users with the same issue, and we realized it was disconnecting from our Google accounts. I went back to Spark instead and deleted this app. I decided tonight to give it another try. Downloaded it, logged into my 6 gmail accounts, and all seemed ok. Now, only 5 hours later, I see it shows 3 emails on the apps icon…except there’s nothing when I open the app. After a few seconds of refreshing, low and behold I get the same “Gmail disconnected…fix” message I was getting before. Complete waste of money and Apple denied the refund months ago.
Don’t like the marketing model
They state that you can try this app for free for 7 days and there is a 7.99 a month price, but they sneakily group that as a yearly price and charged me 48 dollars for something that I wasn’t even sure I wanted… I really hate that.. also why can’t companies charge you like that but it takes 30 days to get a refund???
Lots of great stuff, but an inconsistent foundation
Giving a very hopeful three stars. Love the AI integration (especially with calendar events, but doesn’t work every time), read receipts, tracker blocking, secure sending, and even getting used to the inbox (sorting by buttons above message list), frequent updates with some fixes. Unfortunately as others mentioned, the basic email stuff is not solid and consistent. Notifications are sometimes duplicated, email refresh (I.e., seeing sent emails) is sometimes very slow (both iOS and MacOS) and often requires re-index or re-adding the account(!); if clicked on too quickly after downloading sometimes attachments won’t download and require re-index (!); I can't search all my emails (!!!); smart notifications sometimes allow newsletters, marketing emails and even emails marked as spam get notified (then trashed!); the “for you” button takes a while to recognize new emails (sometimes hours) and the UI is more cluttered than similar paid apps. This would be a decent paid app ala Airmail from 10 years ago but not for $50/yr and in 2024. PLEASE fix the basic stuff on all platforms and for all account types before adding more features! TL;DR: lo cool new stuff but the basic stuff is a little cluttered, slow and janky.

I’m just saying I have no problem with you being a good friend to your mom
Calendar View
I planned to move from Outlook to Canary and I love the email app, but I can only see the calendar in a day view. I really need a month view. Is that something you can add?
RECURRING EMAIL
App is Great , the only thing is missing for me is recurring automated email option.
