Garbage app. Can't restore purchase.

Presidential32 on

Can log in on my iPhone but on my iPad I’m stuck on the subscribe screen. When I hit the subscribe button it says that I am already subscribed (that’s right since I paid for a subscription) and when I hit the restore purchase button a little loading circle turns indefinitely and nothing ever happens. So I'm stuck on the subscribe screen unable to access the app for which I paid. Total garbage! Already requested a refund through Apple’s report a problem. Next time do better.

Inutilisable

John Bonhomme on

Great app but

I think what would make this app killer is if it had a noise reduction

Ouch

lkjrgfltjhrwefg on

I tried it. I trouble shot it. I cancelled it. Shooting with Nikon Z8. I would shoot with TetehrPRO cable and only random pictures would show up. Mostly dark screen and occasional image. The sound of picture capture was there, but no picture. Ok, maybe every 15th. When I went into the test gallery - there were hundreds of codes instead of images. Neh... to risky and simply unusable.

Sub standard

There is no real time adjustments, when you change shadows black white and highlights the image blurs until you don moving the slider. Garbage. When you do adjustment it doesn’t do anything much. Lightroom wins

Pretty bad, expected much better from C1

EaseSolutions on

You have a very long way to go to achieve any amount of usefulness with this app. Take a good look at what LR does with syncing collections and smart previews to the desktop version. That’s just the first step. After having purchased and used C1 for desktop for quite a while, I can say its better than most of its competition (LR included), but definitely not this mobile “extension”. It doesn’t even act like a very good companion for C1 desktop. Adobe also doesn’t try to pull a cash grab like you are here. Lets be real… you produce probably the best raw editing software for desktop use, its also the most expensive. Maybe you should throw your loyal customers a bone and offer this mess of an app for free. Adobe doesn’t charge for their fully functional app. If users are looking for a convenience or workflow tool... LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Not sure

Albert Zablit on

You’re really paying for the Capture Live and cloud convenience. Otherwise the editor itself doesn’t strike me as better than tried and tested alternatives like Snapseed. Will update this review upon future testing, but for now I don’t see myself spending more on top of my existing C1Pro subscription for this.

Deceptive App

Jkkllhfjn on

It’s free to download but unusable unless you pay for a subscription… why have it be free in the first place?

Subscription for the app

FSStudio on

Why I should pay for the app when I have subscription for the desktop. The question is you create this app for convenience or just making extra money for yourself. I assume your app is totally different software than desktop and they can’t connect each other. On that case not worth a penny to try. Good luck with this.
