Microphone calls iPhone issues
I hate this microphone. It recognises commands but callers can’t hear me AT ALL. Tried everything Google suggests. Yay… not!

Can’t get two brand new units to pair. Absolutely useless!!!!!
Hey fellas I have been using your products for a few years now and have been very happy. I have just recently fitted the Soundstream V2 and have had done issues getting everything to work as it did before. Any ideas would be helpful . Wayne 👍🏻🇦🇺
Worst app ever
The inability to reduce iPhone notification volume without impacting other functions is downright dangerous. As soon as you have volumes set in a way you need them, bang! an notification comes thru and it’s damaging to your ears! Only way to prevent this is to set the volume at a level where you can’t hear other stuff! Simple fix would be to set a notification volume and allow the ring volume to work separately!!! DO NOT BUY THIS APP /HARDWARE! THE DO NOT CORRECTLY TEST THEIR PRODUCTS!
Won’t connect to other rider like it says in manual Very much not user friendly. Disappointed purchase.
Phone connects to my Cardo fine, working no issues however the app does not want to. Tried following in app steps, deleting and repairing phone to Cardo, connecting my Cardo to PC and firmware update, nothing seems to work to get the app to pickup my Cardo when my phone is connected. After a small google I have seen I am not the only one having this issue, many others are as well.
Please fix the wording/terminology in the audio settings. Background volume and audio mixing titles are surely mixed up. Please also proved detailed explanations of what all the control do. The YouTube video is next to useless apart from the section explaining what background volume and audio mixing do but still doesn’t adequately explain background volume. It sounds like it overrides audio mixing. I’m not surprised you’ve turned comments off.
I have had the cardo freecom for one week and it initially connected to the cardo app and everything was great, now it won’t connect to the app at all. I have tried deleting the app several times, forgetting the device in Bluetooth settings. Resetting the cardo all to no avail. Would not recommend buying this unit for the price you pay.
