Cardo Connect

I frequently have this issue. My Neo will be connected to my phone so I can play music and turn on directions. However the app refuses to see that it’s connected. So I can’t pair to other devices and use certin functionality. My Neo it’s self is fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. The app is a major let down for such a large company. Everyone I know with Cardo units experiences this same issue.

I really wish they’d work to make sure headsets have feature parity or that naming made it more clear which headsets shared which features. My gf has a packtalk edge and I have the packtalk slim.

It never can locate my system in the app but it’s connected. i have to keep re pairing each time i open the app. just terrible

This app is functionally useless and only serves to collect your data. It does not add to the experience of using the Cardo unit, has bad interface, requires a restart every time you change a setting, and is just an extra layer of interface between the user and the unit. My older Sena Bluetooth communicator works flawlessly without any app, but this app makes using the Cardo unit clunky. If I don’t pair the app with the unit, the unit doesn’t work, and pairing often doesn’t work.

Total trash app with bad UI and no real use. No reason to use an app for a communicator

App works fine with my Cardo Edge. Would be even nicer if the app would maintain a history of the previous dozen or so paired connections, and have the ability to create a DMC or BT group from this list of previous connections. This would allow the admin to create the group beforehand.

Intercom is not working

My iPhone finds and connects to the Neo just fine. Makes phone calls, plays music, responds to voice commands. The app can neither find nor connect to the Neo, even while the Bluetooth connection is fine. Followed directions on the app to connect, still can’t connect to the Neo. Might be a great app, but I’ll never know.

I wish it was easier to add new cardo into you group

We’ve just switched fro Sena spider ST1s to packtalk edge and love them so far only complaint I have is having to try and push 2 button to mute the microphone or the other riders having to hear me say mute microphone. I would love to see a mute microphone only button on the app screen and not mute everything. As the leader I usually keep my mic off unless someone is talking to me so my radio doesn’t key my mic constantly
