Cardo Connect

A three way set up is impossibly difficult and takes such a long time that I give up and do without the comms to my fellow riders. Cardo have also stopped software updates to the unit. I would NOT recommend Cardo ever!!!

Once connected, you’d expect to keep settings. You have to however keep connecting and pairing! Driver and Passengers

I have really tried over and over connecting my Cardo device with my iPhone. It continuously loses connection. I have removed the device and added it again MULTIPLE times, but I am still experiencing the same issue. Besides for the connection issue the “hey Cardo” voice commands also does not work. I have changed the language a couple of times from UK to US and back. But it still does not even respond. Not happy with this pricey device.

Great app. I only have one complaint which is the FM radio sometimes comes on without requesting it. It is easy to put off however can be an annoyance. Loving everything else. I can chat to my partner and mute him when I need to 😂

Battery not as reliable as expected

Keeps losing connection with my phone and customer service is non existent

Man, just got a duo for myself and another just in case, and good lord I wish there was an intercom recording system with this thing, I have to connect to voice memos but this ish is so glitchy, I can’t even talk in a normal tone. I have to literally YELL. But other than that the spirit duo is really nice, the music boosts so loudly you can’t even hear the engine of your bike. I enjoy using this things but I wish they updated it the app to where you can record your voice for content creators who use the spirit cardo. 😔

Cardo has a lot of work to do. My issue started just before thanksgiving. New update to the app, which I installed. Then my Neo would not connect with my phone. So, I checked and there was an iOS update, which I did. So now my Neo will connect to my phone, but the app will not connect to my Neo. So I sent in a request then. Got a quick response, and tried everything that was mentioned. Still not resolved. I emailed back and got no response. Then. 12/07 I messaged again, no response, I’ve left reviews, they tell me to contact support, the same group who won’t respond. When you spend 400+$ on a unit, I’d expect it to work. But my patience is running out with this company.

I have called and emailed to get help. I was not asked to register nor do the update for my brand new Pack Talk Edge. Have watched all tutorials, read all literature, and no help. Support would be greatly appreciated!!!!
