Unfortunately not possible to enter a time to search
While it is cute to have the 3 time spans (morning, afternoon, evening) it is unfortunately not possible to enter a preferred time.. resulting in that around 17:00.. is at the end of scrolling within the afternoon timespan.. starting from evening and scroll backwards is not possible
You can check trains and upload tickets but not purchase
It’s not possible to buy tickets on the app
Wrong info in app
Getting push notifications saying it’s not possible to get off at my destination Noorderkempen and that the train will not continue until it’s final destination. Consulted info desk in the station and the controller, nobody is aware of any interruptions so where this info in the app is coming from, is a mistery. IC from Schiphol AirPort to Brussels midi.
Login errors
Impossible to login again. When I ask for a password reset via e-mail, the e-mail is never sent. Reinstalled the app. Same problem. When you contact NS you get stuck in a chatbot conversation in which your question is not understood.
Useless
Why do I have to create an account for tickets I’ve just paid for online? This was not made clear in the booking process!
Buying ticket?
I think most people download this app because it seems be able to provide function of buying tickets. However when I really buy one, it opens the web browser. So I still have to buy tickets on the website. The only function of this app is that I can import the tickets and show them.
Too many glitches!
As many things, in theory the app is great. It allows for many options and information at the tip of you fingers. However, there are many glitches, or at lest I call them glitches not to say customer misleading. For example, sometimes the only option to buy a ticket is the more expensive one, like for example a Thalys. The standard option is shown but it’s not possible to buy the ticket, which completely defies the purpose of downloading the App :(!
Useless app
The app cannot import tickets like it should and doesn’t allow booking with valid discounts.

iOS 7 support, please!
My iPhone 4, over six years old, is still working fine, I will not replace it unless it breaks down. Why not help users like me in reducing waste by maintaining iOS 7 versions for older iPhones as well? The previous version worked fine with Passbook, but not anymore.
