I used to use this app all the time and loved it! Now for whatever reason, this app doesn’t even open up. I even try going to my local Cashwise website and that doesn’t even work. This app was very helpful for me as a busy sports mom but now it’s worthless. Please get this up and running again!

It doesn't seem to have a lot of items that I find without posted prices especially seasonal items, they do not show up in search.

It worked to add one item to a new list I made but when I tried to add a second item, the list icon wouldn’t display the available lists anymore. The UI/UX really needs servicing pronto.

The cart often empties if you go back to the main page, although not consistently so it is difficult to prevent. With a delivery no receipt was provided- just a list of what was ordered. However, this did not match up with what was actually delivered making it difficult to know if items were missing from the order or if they were just out of stock. I would only use this app again if I had no other option for getting my groceries.

I put my list in twice and when I went to finish on my laptop it said I had nothing. After adding things the app said was in my checkout, still not there. Added again then finally made it to check out... added my card 3 times, husband tried his, nothing! Deleting now, never using this app again. THE WORST!

It’s a great convenience to offer pickup service. The app is a little frustrating. To back out of the page you’re in is a nightmare. It will log you out or empty your cart. I hate clicking on an item to see details about it because there is no easy way out and return to your task. Also something this app needs is the choice of “lbs or each” I wanted 6 bananas and I received 6lbs of bananas! Just isn’t clear enough.

I just used it to order my groceries to be delivered and it worked great. My only complaint is that it wouldn’t allow me to put any special instructions in at checkout, but the website didn’t allow that either. Not sure why. Otherwise, it worked just as the website.

The app has emptied my cart the two times I have tried to use it. Love being able to drive up but it’s frustrating when I have my cart full and am ready to check out and then it doesn’t save my cart.
