The app is way too laggy to use. Tried to order, but couldn’t redo pick up time. The option to get deals is good.
Super buggy and laggy in general. Not user friendly. Makes me re-enter my saved card info every time, not just the CVV but the actual entire card. No point in “saving a card” if I have to do that. The last time I ordered, the menu on the app did not match the actual menu at the store, so my sandwich was nowhere near what I thought it was going to be. Just tried placing an order now and it won’t even load the menu anymore. It’s a bummer because they have a really good points system, the food is great, and their delivery service is faster and more affordable than doordash but if I can’t use the app, I can’t get/use my rewards— so I’m just not going to order anything. They should really take the time to fix this, it’s been years and it only has been getting worse.
What’s the point of a reward system if you can’t ever actually redeem the points in the app?
Doesnt even work. WHOEVER MADE WHIS APP SHOULD GET FIRED
This app is difficult to navigate. When trying to locate a restaurant near you, if you enter a zip code, it uses that number as a street address, even if you use location services. Super annoying.
I have the app in my settings but it disappeared from my iPhone so I can use the app?? Help!
I had 42 points-7 away from a reward. It has taken me over a year to accumulate them because most of the time it won’t award them to me BECAUSE I use the app to order. It works pretty good when you scan at the store. Recently I ordered 2 subs on the app. I sent my non-techie husband to pick them up. I told him to make sure and save the receipt. It was $15.00. After he got back, I scanned the receipt and got the error message “this order hasn’t been associated with your account”. I tried on my phone, I tried on my computer. No luck. I sent a message to the support department, and got a response back fairly quickly telling me they would put the 15 points on my account. They did. It zeroed out the counter that was at 42 (putting me at 50) and started a new counter with the remaining 8 points. However, it gave me no rewards. Do you think I like to just collect points? There is no reason to drive 2 miles further than my local Jimmy John’s just to collect worthless points at your place. Fix the app or fix the people who are screwing all of us out of promised rewards. OR stop promising them!
They ask you how they did before your food even gets delivered even before you even interact with anyone personally. It just doesn’t make sense 🤦🏻♂️
Do yourself a favor and just call your order in. The app adds in the delivery and tip but drops the promo codes.
