This app is so frustrating! I just want to be able to order food through the app, but it literally never works. The order and location screens just sit and load, but never come up and never allow me to place an order. When I do happen to get the order screen to come up, it’s showing me locations that are not anywhere near me and I have to manually enter my city to get it to find the closest one to me (even though I also have it favorited). Then when I get to the payment screen it says that something is wrong with the certificate and it is unsafe. The only thing that works for me is the points/rewards. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling and that does not resolve these issues.

I can’t believe the app no longer lets you add food to an order. Website also no longer works. Deleted the app, there’s better places to eat that maintain their apps.

I love Erbs and Gerbs! But, the app can make it hard to order. I just had an issue trying to order my food, but picking the location is a nightmare! i just had an issue with it going to a store like 75 miles away. 😭 The nearest store to me was less than a mile!! and when you notice it’s the wrong store, you’ll have to start your order all over again. if you navigate away from the order, it doesn’t look like there’s a way to get back to the receipt/order to see what point it’s at. Again, love the store. App could be better!

New app saves orders, recent and favorites. Ordering is inside the app so it’s easier. In-store it’s easy to just give the cashier your phone number to make sure you get your points and they can tell you what rewards are available on your account to apply so you don’t even need to have your phone with you to earn points.

This app has always been buggy but fine but now it feedback loops in the login screen. Tried to order today for the family and saved money with a home lunch instead, so thanks?

The updated version won’t allow you to scan receipts. There’s an offer from April that won’t go away. I used to get offers but haven’t for months. I’m planning to delete this app.

Terrible app

The app is way too laggy to use. Tried to order, but couldn’t redo pick up time. The option to get deals is good.

Super buggy and laggy in general. Not user friendly. Makes me re-enter my saved card info every time, not just the CVV but the actual entire card. No point in “saving a card” if I have to do that. The last time I ordered, the menu on the app did not match the actual menu at the store, so my sandwich was nowhere near what I thought it was going to be. Just tried placing an order now and it won’t even load the menu anymore. It’s a bummer because they have a really good points system, the food is great, and their delivery service is faster and more affordable than doordash but if I can’t use the app, I can’t get/use my rewards— so I’m just not going to order anything. They should really take the time to fix this, it’s been years and it only has been getting worse.

What’s the point of a reward system if you can’t ever actually redeem the points in the app?
