Slow respond time
In the last four years, they are getting worst and worst. Often, when sent my message to them, they wound reply after the bid was over. I was trying to help to correct error since they don’t allow contact with sellers. Now, they add protection fee. Was it already included in the past? Why more fee??? I’ve been buying since 2020, from Canada, and now they can’t accept Canadian. Losing hope in their auction.

Catawiki for Canadians
With no notice I received a heavy handed and rude email that I had somehow breached their obscure rules. My offence…. I was Canadian. Even though I had already bid on, paid for and won two items, I was now banned. I Asked for an explanation and got a lot of nonsense about data they collect and how they want to make it a good experience for everyone…..everyone except Canadians I guess. Avoid the app and Catawiki. They make it up as they go along and have a deep bias against Canada. Strangely, the U.S is ok.

If you live in Canada, then don’t waste your time with this App. For some unknown reason, starting this week, Catawiki has blocked all Canadians from bidding. Unfortunately, I could not give a negative star rating. This site is not like eBay you will pay a commission even if you do not receive the item. Read the fine print.

Super site, plein de chose!!! Malheureusement aucun service a la clientele... j’ai un probleme avec une mise et cela fait 3 fois que j’envoi des messages afin de regler ca, mais je n’ai aucun retour de leur part en 2 semaines!

It works like a scam I bought a watch, which in the description says it is working condition and documentation of originality... I got a piece without papers and not working... i emailed them but not answer so far... the company auction it "pawndeluxe" doesn't reply either ... so be careful with this auctions or you can find yourself with a big lose

It makes bidding so easy and portal. The alert of being overbid is easily noticeable, helpful in competing...
