I purchased a Cartier watch from catawiki, seller sent a fake replica. I contacted support more than 1 week ago. Issue is still not resolved. I had to send 3 emails, make 3 phone calls to get to know that their so called “experts” think watch is real. I sent soooo many proofs which seemingly was ignore. Terrible support, terrible platform. Now they are telling me that I need to wait few more business days for "experts" to look at the issue again.

some extremely ugly painting of deadpool with louis vitton background was accepting, but nice still lifes are not, also very similar painting by the same artist(me) on one account was accepted but on another, my personal account,it was no longer accepted.

Lack of the communication by chat and lack of the informatorom with seller
Good items but the app is only seller-oriented. Secret minimum prices makes you bid more even if noone is biddind and finaly you may resign or not win at all if there is no other competition. If you place your bid even if the times runs out there is next addition 2 min time for your competition to bid more. Not really many items to offer. If you looking for excitement and wanna win and buy something extra go to ebay
Should be bale to cancel max auto bid. Buyer would still be obligated to buy with her highest bid if no one outbid her. Inability Ti cancel max auto bid is a force sale. Anyone should be entitled to change his mind and cancel max bid , if the person cancel his max bid he becomes automatically the highest bidder anyways
If you decide to cancel purchase, they will force you to pay; If seller decides to cancel transaction and you already payed for purchase, you’ll get your refund partially, after platform taxes. Good job Catawiki, “pleasure” doing business through you😉
