Hey dummies, fix your app, I can’t even increase the quantity.
Nothing works
Even the sign up is too much.. 0 stars…
App unreliable to load. Make sure to take screenshots of boarding tickets
If you did not make any screenshots of your boarding tickets you’ll be up for a lot of stress at the airport. Even with 5G (70 Mbits/s) the app is not loading at the airport. Luckily I had made screenshot of the tickets as a backup. Furthermore the check in is tedious with the app/website. But then again, YOU wanted to save money on your flight and that’s what you get.
Rubbish App
I have never successfully booked a flight with the Cebu Pacific app and mobile website. I usually book the cebu pacific using the AirAsia App.

Shut down your whole company!!! Nothing works!! App website and pointy flights doesn’t exist and working badly since many years!! I wonder that there is not every day a crash with their airplanes. I don’t have any trust anymore in that airline.
Stupid!
The APP is a disgrace. Nothing is improved. It can only be booked for one person. Why? Don't you need passengers?
