App is 100% not working, what is the use of downloading it , non sense. Even the sfaffs are not useful and not helpful. Such a disgrace having this airlines in the country , too many complaints and bad experienced. If there is a.l 0 in the rating I would me morethan happy to give it to you instead of 1 star.

App doesnt work, website also doesnt work! I cannot even book a flight and wondering how can they operate the company with a very UNFRIENDLY user jouney. Contact center also cannot even help out…. This is a very horrible app. U needs loads of improvement before launching the app.

Absolutely useless app
I never had such a so much problem for booking a flight like this before and CS literally not helping anything. This app is not much different from websites. So many errors
There is no option for adding extra baggage kg... for diving I need 25kg per person. If I have to pay extra fee at the airport.. that is at huge cost I am sure. So better to book another company with transparent pricing
