Trying to rebook but i was shock that the app said that i already check in! I don’t know where is this coming from maybe i hand just check in online while I’m sleeping! The worst scenario is i informed them time to time through active live agent that my flight is in next 2 days, next day and in the night. And they response that they are aware and now my flight time nobody response to my email! They response my concern after after 1 week and until now they didn’t even get back for my response to them what is the remedy of them?! Seriously cebu pacific???!!!!

What a waste of day and time. I’ve spent the whole day trying to book in app and in the browser, both didn’t do any good. From morning to early morning I still couldn’t book our flights. Whenever I’m about to pay the entire booking of our family just disappeared. And the worst thing is when you search up the same flight again the price went up again by hundreds of dollars. It’s like every hour it went up. It’s very disappointing. It doesn’t even match the price that was shown when you choose the dates. I got in one time to see the seats and it’s not even half way full. What annoys me is that yesterday the fare was so low then the next day it’s almost doubled the price.

I tried to log in several times, but it always got stuck.

App keeps failing can’t even enter a destination to book. Looks like it’s back to Philippine airlines

App isn’t working properly. Couldn’t even log in via web browser. I’ve tried logging in multiple times but it just kept going back to your home page. It would be great to access your website/app so we can keep track on our bookings. So frustrating.
