The app does not provide any value to travelers’ needs. This airline should look at examples on how other airlines are effectively managing their apps. For now it is useless.

Apps and website is useless, can't manage existing booking in both app and website. Tried chatbox and just the same as pathetic as the app and website. Took 30minutes for an information I can possibly get if logging works. Seriously regretting booking cebu pac!

Worst application!!!! Useless.

You put on board flight delayed but the flight is still going in the same time!!! No update in the board and you can’t check in coz gate still close , then after that you will say that the flight and check in is done!????!!!!!??! I paid 9599 and i need the refund!!!

This app needs significant improvement. Trying to enter the destination but it keeps going back to the home page, unable for us to enter the destination

Cannot login, cannot select the dates

There’s no option to check your booking and options for adding baggage allowance.
