App not working
App not working, keep loading on main page. Probably not compatible with latest iOS
Funds lost
I recently transferred 1.5k over from DBS to Liquid via Changipay, money is missing is liquid pay. Do not use! Support have yet to fix the problem for over 4 days as of yet.
Email spamming
Once registered on the app I started receiving countless number of ads through email. The unsubscribe link is basically fake. Unsubscribed several times and still receiving these emails once every few days :)
Cannot log in
Please fix the bug in login page

Very convenient in checking for both arrival and departure flights updates.
Notification
The previous app shows and provide notifications for flight landed . It’s important to add in this feature for us who require to pick up arriving guest
Confusing & false info
Printed receipt states instructions that do not tally with actual redemption steps. Info given really needs to be clearer and less scammy.
